Space Coast

The Space Coast is a region in the eastern part of Florida, primarily known for its association with the aerospace industry and space exploration. It encompasses Brevard County and is home to several key facilities, including the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The area gained prominence during the 1960s with NASA’s Apollo program and continues to be a focal point for space launches and related activities. The term “Space Coast” reflects both the geographical location along the Atlantic coast and the region’s significant role in space technology and exploration initiatives.
