Satellite Communication Systems refer to the technology and infrastructure that facilitate communication via satellites orbiting the Earth. Satellite communication is crucial for various applications, including television broadcasting, internet services, military communications, and global positioning systems (GPS). The key components of a satellite communication system include the satellite itself, which receives signals from Earth and retransmits them back to different locations; ground stations that encode and decode the signals; and user terminals that interface with the end-users.
