Umělá inteligence
Umělá inteligence, or Artificial Intelligence (AI), refers to the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines, particularly computer systems. This includes the ability of computers and software to perform tasks that typically require human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, problem-solving, and language understanding. AI encompasses various subfields, including machine learning, where algorithms improve through experience; natural language processing (NLP), which enables machines to understand and generate human language; and computer vision, which allows machines to interpret visual information from the world.
AI systems can be rule-based or can learn from data, allowing them to adapt to new situations and optimize their performance over time. The goal of AI research is to develop systems that can operate autonomously and interact with the environment in a way that mimics human cognitive functions. AI is employed in numerous applications, from virtual assistants and recommendation systems to autonomous vehicles and diagnostic tools in healthcare. The field continues to evolve rapidly, challenging our understanding of intelligence and its implications for society.
